Who is MREN?
Miller Real Estate Network (MREN) is a father-and-son real estate team at Realty ONE Group, serving the greater Phoenix valley. Dale Miller is the founder (AZ Lic. SA709431000); Chris Miller is his son (AZ Lic. SA710286000). We've closed 16 homes for $6M+ in the last 24 months, with 17 five-star reviews across 5 platforms.
What areas do you work?
We work the entire Phoenix metro valley. Our deepest authority is in the West Valley — Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and the Sun Cities — plus Gilbert in the East Valley, Buckeye, and New River. We close in many other valley cities too. See our Areas We Serve page for the full list.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
Yes — first-time buyers are one of our specialties. Chris handles the contract and data side; Dale brings the negotiation. We won't rush you. See the first-time buyer guide.
Do you specialize in 55+ active-adult communities?
55+ is one of MREN's strongest specialties — Sun City, Sun City West, Sun City Grand, PebbleCreek, and others. The fee structures, age rules, and transfer-fee quirks are real, and most agents miss them. See the 55+ communities hub.
How much does it cost to work with you?
There's no fee to talk, ask questions, or get a home valuation from us. Standard agent commissions on a sale are negotiated and disclosed in writing before any agreement.
How do I get a home valuation?
Use the home-value page or call our main line. Chris will run a real CMA from current ARMLS comps — usually back the same day.
