MREN started, in a way, with Chris’s grandmother. He grew up in the business — riding along to plant for-sale signs in front yards with her — and that early pull never really left.
Dale had always wanted Chris to give real estate a shot. The timing worked out almost by accident: while Chris was in college, he helped Dale study for the real estate exam, Dale earned his license and started the business, and when Chris graduated, he got his own license and joined him.
Father and son have worked side by side ever since — one bringing decades of hard-won people skills, the other a head for data and the modern side of the business.
What makes it work is that we’re not the same. Dale is the relationship and negotiation side — years of reading people
and getting deals across the line without the pressure. Chris is the data and contract side — comparative market analysis,
technology, and the fine print. Together, that’s old-school service backed by modern numbers.
